- You’re arriving during a time of leadership transition. How has that shaped your early experience?

It’s been helpful to have someone else around the table who is experiencing things anew. I appreciate being a new guy during a transition.
- What are your top priorities this year?

We’re focusing on strengthening our outreach — visiting key regions more than once in a cycle, and hiring a young alumna road warrior to wave the flag to share her Peddie story. I have a personal commitment to raising awareness about financial aid and affordability and putting that on a family’s radar as early as possible.
- What excites you most about the year ahead?

The chance to tell Peddie’s story. We’re well-positioned in a changing admissions landscape. My goal is to fill the school with students who are the right fit and who will thrive here.
